Joshua Mwendwa Mwangangi, an Undergraduate student pursuing Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, Department of Biological Sciences (School of Natural Sciences) on industrial attachment at Concepts (Africa) Ltd, Nairobi, under the mentorship of the Company Quality Control Manager, Mr. Boaz Wepundi and Prof. John Muoma (MMUST), in July 2021.

“During my attachment at Concept (Africa) Ltd, Nairobi, I successfully learnt about all the processing procedures and quality checks/controls done on products to ensure that they qualify their given specifications, method of cleaning of machines (compounding tank) the Stardard Operating Procedures (SOPs), line clearance procedures, waste management criteria and finally maintaining good communication skills and building a strong relationship with workmates. It was one of the best experiences,” he said.
