Brenda Jerotich, an undergraduate student pursuing Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology in the Department of Biological Sciences, School of Natural Sciences (SONAS), Masinde Muliro University of Science & Technology (MMUST) on Industrial Attachment at Laboratory & Allied Limited in Nairobi County under the mentorship of the GMP Administrator, Martin Omollo, and her MMUST advisors Dr. Humphrey Agevi and Prof. John Muoma in June 2021.

“During my attachment in Lab and Allied, I successfully learnt the storage of raw materials, manufacturing of liquids, suspensions, syrups, tablets and capsules, good manufacturing practices (GMP), good laboratory practices (GLP), quality control, assaying (wet chemistry/HPLC) and microbiology analysis, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, product development as well as sales and marketing.”
